Do you require a deposit to enroll and are there any cancelation fees?
YES.
To ensure we only have committed students enrolling in our programs, we do require a deposit and have cancellation fees as follow:​

What is the age requirement to start school?
​Manicurist Program:
- 14 years+

Esthetics Program:
- 18 years+ OR has a High School Diploma/GED
*ALL students must:
- have a valid ID or Driver License or Passport
- have a SSN or W7 or Tax ID
- be able to Read & Write in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, or Russian to enroll
Do you accept financial aid/student loans/GI Bill?
NO.
Though we currently do not accept financial aid/student loans/GI Bill, we do have payment plans to help pay for your tuition throughout the course of your program.

I don't speak English very well, can I still attend your program?
YES.
We are committed to ensuring that all our students are prepared for success, regardless of their background. Our classes are primarily conducted in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish, where applicable. Many of our international students achieve success in their programs and subsequent careers.

- Books: Available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese (Nail standard, white book only)-
- Theory Exam: Offered in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, or Russian
- Practical Exam: Conducted in English

*We have numerous international students who have completed our programs, passed their exams, and achieved success in their Nails and Esthetics careers, thanks to the comprehensive test preparation provided by our program and instructors daily.
What is the deadline to register for the class?
We enroll on a first-come first-reserve basis. To secure your spot in the class, you must put down your deposit and complete an application. Once a class is full, you will be placed in the next available class

In addition to what's provided in your kit, Esthetics students will have access to all daily supplies needed to perform Waxing, Lashes, Facials i.e. wax sticks, cotton rounds, wipes etc.

Does your school help prepare for testing and provide Practical Exam supplies?
YES.
We will help you prepare for testing and assist with the registration process as well.
Tuition also covers ONE Practical exam fee + ONE Theory exam fee.

Practical Exam kit will be provided with a $100 deposit. Once you have successfully pass your exam and return the kit in whole, your deposit will be fully refunded
What is the hybrid class schedule?
Due to the Hands-On nature of our programs, we now only offer Online Hours on occasions of School emergencies such as inclement weather or teachers availabilities at most of our locations. We believe being In-Class allows our students to receive the Best training and to ensure a higher probability of passing their board exams.
Night/Online will only be offered at certain locations.

**Per NC Board of Cosmetology, online hours are capped at 30% of total hours.
***Must have minimum 4 students for a class to start
What if I fail my exams, practical or written?
Each candidate will be allowed 3 attempts to pass the Practical exam, no limit on Theory exam. Each retest will require repayment. After 3 unsuccessful attempts for the Practical exam, the candidate will be required to attend more school hours to be eligible for retest
