Vendors/Sponsors spaces are limited so placement will be based on first-paid, first-reserved.
THIS EVENT WILL BE OUTDOOR!

Please read all details below before filling out your application:

All Vendors and Sponsors MUST:

Set up on Sunday, 5/3/26 from 9:00AM - 10:30AM

Clean up and removal of your space by 5:00PM on Sunday, 5/3/26

Not leave your space unattended at any time during the event

Arrange your space and display to not obstruct or interfere with other vendors
If you would like to sponsor prizes or gifts but cannot attend, please drop off your promo items by Thursday, 4/23/26 to allow ample time to include your items in our swag bags.
NC Nails Esthetics Academy reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations regarding this event at its sole discretion, as deemed necessary and will notify vendors/sponsors accordingly.
By completing this application, vendor/sponsor hereby waive any and all claims for loss, damage, injuries or liabilities of any kind, directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with NC Nails Esthetics Academy and any of its staff/members/guests.
